Come join us at Niantic Public House & Brewery for a creative vinyasa flow class on Saturday morning at 11AM followed by a pint of your choice. This class is designed for all levels so you can choose to heat up your practice or a nice relaxing flow.

Class costs $20 and all payments will be made to the brewery on the day of the event. Space is limited so please register for this class in advance. Please bring a yoga mat and water, blocks and straps will be provided. If you need a mat there will be a few extras as well.
